Hi! I’m Dave — your friendly neighborhood “Man of Many Hats” (and occasional chaos wrangler). I’ve been in the software and business consulting world for over 25 years, which means I’ve seen it all: brilliant ideas swallowed by endless meetings, specs that could double as ancient scrolls, and features that somehow morphed into feature spaghetti. Here’s the deal — I’m what you might call productively lazy. I don’t want to waste time (yours or mine) on clunky, overcomplicated processes when there’s a simpler, smarter way to get from “ooh, cool idea!” to “ta-da! working feature.” I built Idea to Dev Ready because, frankly, I got tired of useless meetings and “let’s circle back” loops that lead nowhere. I wanted a way to help folks like you cut through the noise, get the real answers you need, and move forward without feeling like you’re starring in some tragicomic corporate remake of Groundhog Day.
